1. The Philippine Postal Corporation, through the Corporate Operating Budget C.Y. 2025 approved by the Board of Directors, intends to apply the sum of Forty-Five Million Pesos Only (PhP 45,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Consultancy Services for the Preparation of Detailed Architectural and Engineering Design (DAED) for the Restoration of the Manila Central Post Office (MCPO) Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
