1. Literature Review and Evaluation of Relevant Data
2. Field Data (Primary) Collection and Data Banking
3. Data Utilization, Analysis and Evaluation
4. Planning and Designing
5. Report Preparation

Detailed activities:

The consultant shall deliver the following outputs:

A. Review of relevant materials, existing plans and hydrogeologic investigation.
B. Rapid value engineering analysis evaluating the cost effectiveness to answer the water needs within the service area.
C. Establish the required data base for further site investigations to come up with data analysis report.
D. Recommend developmental options for the improvement of after system efficiency and water supply sufficiency including engineering design, costing and technical data output.
E. Present the study that includes waterworks detailed technical evaluation to the Local Government Unit of Valencia, Negros Oriental for comments and approval.
