Description : REQUEST FOR EXPRESSION OF INTEREST FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR THE PHOTO DATA BANKING AND PRODUCTION OF AUDIO-VISUAL PRESENTATIONS (AVPS) AND SOCIAL MEDIA CONTENT FOR THE PROMOTION OF EASTERN VISAYAS TOURISM PRODUCTS

1. The DEPARTMENT OF TOURISM - REGIONAL OFFICE VIII, through General Appropriations Act 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million Pesos (Php10,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Photo Data Banking and Production of Audio-Visual Presentations (AVPs) and Social Media Content for the Promotion of Eastern Visayas Tourism Products through Early Procurement Activity (EPA). This project is subject to “early procurement short of award”. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
