PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES -LEGAL RESEARCHER FOR THE DENR MARINE SCINTIFIC RESEARCH STATIONS

The Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) intends to engage the services of a Legal Researcher to support and aid in the establishment, operation, and management of Marine Scientific Research Stations under the BMB-s programs for marine coastal and biodiversity conservation. The Legal Researcher shall provide legal search, policy advisory , and documentation support in relation to the development and implementation of the MSRS, ensuring compliance with national laws and international commitments governing marine scientific research, environmental protection and sustainable use of coastal and ocean resources.
