Procurement of Consultancy Services for the implementation of the Proficiency stage of the Performance Governance System (PGS) within the Cagayan Valley Medical Center to include Strategic Readiness Test, Third Party Audit, Pre-revalida and Revalida.

1. The Cagayan Valley Medical Center (CVMC), through the RAF/ IGI,1 intends to apply the sum of One Million Three Hundred Sixty Thousand Eight Hundred Pesos (₱1,360, 800.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the implementation of the Proficiency stage of the Performance Governance System (PGS) within the Cagayan Valley Medical Center to include Strategic Readiness Test, Third Party Audit, Pre-revalida and Revalida.. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
