Description : Manufacturing Productivity Consultancy Program (MPCP) Consultancy Service for 10 MSMEs Scope of Work: 1. Conduct of 10 MPCP Assessments within NCR through on onsite visit 2. Provision of MPCP Technical Report after the conduct of MPCP Assessment (2 sets of hard copy and encrypted PDF file formats) 3. Conduct a face-to-face meeting for the presentation of findings and recommendations to beneficiaries, followed by a briefing session to ensure they can effectively implement the proposed recommendations 4. In coordination with DOST-NCR, provide assistance in the implementation of the short-term recommendations; and 5. Conduct training for DOST-NCR technical staff on the core aspects of the MPCP and its potential to enhance the performance of assisted businesses. Expected Date of Delivery: 1.
