Description : INVITATION FOR NEGOTIATED PROCUREMENT (TWO FAILED BIDDINGS) FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES FOR ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE (ECC)
The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES, through the INCOME FOR FY 2024 intends to apply the sum of Seven Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (750,000.00) Only, being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Environmental Compliance (ECC) Two-Failed Bidding. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
The CAMARINES SUR POLYTECHNIC COLLEGES now calls for the submission of eligibility documents for above indicated contract. Eligibility documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the BAC Secretariat on or before 1:30PM, January 22, 2025 at the BAC Office, 3rd Floor CITD Building. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
