Description : 1) The Power Sector Assets and Liabilities Management (PSALM) Corporation, through the 2026 Corporate Operating Budget, intends to apply the sum of EIGHT MILLION PESOS (PHP8,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Conduct of a Third-Party Financial Valuation for the Privatization of the Bakun Hydroelectric Power Plant. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2) PSALM now calls for the submission of Eligibility Documents for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Conduct of a Third-Party Financial Valuation for the Privatization of the Bakun Hydroelectric Power Plant with Project Reference No.: 2026-CB-CSPB-008-01. Eligibility Documents of interested bidders must be duly received by the PSALM Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on or before 07 April 2026. Applications for eligibility will be evaluated based on a non-discretionary “pass/fail” criterion.
