A. Scope of Work
The Consultant/Service Provider shall perform the following:
1. Hiring of Consultant Provide qualified Consultant/s to design and conduct the Capacity Building Training program for 25 NYC personnel.
2. Capacity Building for NYC Personnel
● Equip personnel with updated knowledge on youth development concepts, policies, and frameworks.
● Strengthen facilitation, adult learning, and participatory training methods for NYC personnel.
● Provide skills on instructional design, module writing, and preparation of training materials tailored to SK programs.
● Train personnel in program planning, monitoring, evaluation, and enhancement of SK Mandatory and Continuing Training Programs.
