PROCUREMENT OF CONSULTANCY SERVICES -BRAND STRATEGIST FOR THE DENR MARINE SCIENTIFIC RESEARCH STATIONS

The Biodiversity Management Bureau (BMB) of the Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR) intends to engage the services of a Brand Strategist to support and aid in the development and implementation of a cohesive brand identify and communication strategy for the Marine Scientific Research Stations. The Brand Strategist shall provide strategic direction, brand design framework, and communication guidelines to strengthen the visibility, recognition, and positioning of the Marine Scientific Research Stations (MSRS) as a national platform for marine research, innovation and conservation.
