  Description : 1. The Philippine Crop Insurance Corporation (PCIC), through the PCIC Corporate Operating Budget for 2025 approved by the Board intends to apply the sum of SIX MILLION PESOS (P6,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for Assistance in the Establishment of PCIC-s Enterprise Risk Management and Capacity Building. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
  
  2. The PCIC now calls for the submission of short-listing documents for the establishment of PCIC-s Enterprise Risk Management and Capacity Building using the Fit for Purpose - QBE approach. Short-listing documents of interested consultants must be duly received by the Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) Secretariat on or before November 24, 2025 at 10:00 AM at the PCIC Office at 7th Floor Building A, NIA Complex, EDSA, Diliman, Quezon City.
