1. The Philippine Ports Authority, PMO-Zamboanga, through the PPA corporate funds for CY2025 intends to apply the sum of Nine Hundred Eighty-Seven Thousand (Php 987,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Consultancy Services for the Application and Amendment of Environmental Compliance Certificate (ECC) for the Port of Ipil, Port of Malangas, Port of Margosatubig, and Port of Pagadian under PPA, PMO-Zamboanga. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at the opening of the financial proposals.
