SCOPE OF WORK:
The consultant shall work under the guidance of the Provincial
Governor and in collaboration with relevant departments
and stakeholders. Key responsibilities include:
1. TOURISM
- Review and enhance the Provincial Tourism Development
Plan. Identify and package tourism destinations for
development and promotion.
- Recommend strategies to increase tourist arrivals
investments and local employment.
- Develop partnerships with national agencies, LGUs
and peivate sector actors.
- Support the organization of tourim-related events
and marketing campaigns.
2. ENVIRONMENT
- Provide guidance on the implementation of environmental
laws and regulations. Support the development of
