the Phase I construction of the 6 - Storey DOST
RSTL Davao Progressive Building (1st floor only)
- Civil engineer with extensive knowledge and experience (preferrably minimum of 15 years) in building and construction management.
- must be proficient in construction report writing.
- must be knowledgeable in building, civil, plumbing, elctrical and mechanical standards and the National Building Code of the Philippines

Scope of Work:
- conducts sites visit and construction materials inspection
- coordinates with the contractor for the proper implementation of the construction and safety of workers
-submits weekly progress report, inspection report and other reports necessary in the construction project
- project duration: until completion of the construction, estimated around 5 to 6 months.
