Description : Consultancy Service From November to December 2025
(inclusive of all applicable taxes)
1. The Service Provider to be contracted under the terms of reference should comply with the eligibility requirements set forth under Section 24 of the Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184.
2. Minimum of five (5) years of relevant experience in policy research, results-based planning, or program design related to social development, governance, or ICCs/IPs.
3. Proven track record in developing strategic or master plans and conducting participatory planning processes
4. Demonstrated experience in facilitating consultations and technical workshops with multi-sectoral stakeholders.
5. Familiarity with government planning and budgeting systems, including PREXC.
6.Experience in working with government agencies and/or ICCs/IP communities.
7.Excellent analytical, communication, and report-writing skills.
8.Deliver all expected outputs according to agreed schedules.
