Description : Scope of Work:

The Contractor agrees to provide the following services to DENR pursuant to the complete terms of this contract:
• Supply of materials, labor, equipment control & accessories (that includes control case) of the CWWTF;
• The treatment process shall be in accordance with the DENR Administrative Order No. 2016-08 on the Water Quality Guidelines and General Effluent Standards of 2016 dated May 24, 2016

The Project shall be completed within the following schedule:
• Three (3) calendar days for Supply, Installation, and Commissioning, and Wastewater Laboratory Analysis of DENR-s CWWTF material, labor, equipment, control, and accessories;
• Forty (40) calendar days for the Wastewater Laboratory Analysis after Commissioning;
• Training and Orientation of DENR Personnel
• One (1) year Warranty
