1. The Municipality of Montevista, Davao de Oro Province, through its
20% Development Fund 2024-Continuing Appropriation intends to apply the sum Three Hundred Thirty Eight Thousand Seventy Three Pesos.(Php338,073.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Procurement of Construction Supplies for Rehabilitation of Public Comfort Room (Terminal, Public Market, Sports Complex and Municipal Gym). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected on bid opening.
