The Commission on Human Rights (CHR), through its Bids and Awards Committee for the Alternative Methods of Procurement (BAC-AMP), intends to procure for the CONSTRUCTION OF RETARDED TANK IN THE NEW CHR REGION XI OFFICE through Section 34.1 Small Value Procurement of the Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act (RA) No. 12009 with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of Four Hundred Fifty Thousand pesos only (Php 450,000.00) under the approved 2025 GAA of CHR pursuant to the 2025 CHR Annual Procurement Plan (APP).
