1. The National Irrigation Administration 10-LAMISCA IMO, through the General Appropriation Act (GAA) of CY 2025 intends to apply the sum of Ten Million One Hundred Sixty Six Thousand Seven Hundred Twenty Three Pesos and Ninety-Six Centavos (Php. 10,166,723.96) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Protection Dike at Sta. 0+005.60 - 0+128 of MAT-I 2 COMMUNAL IRRIGATION SYSTEM with Contract Reference No.: CW-MOR-RESTO CIS-2025-MAT-I 2, located at Claveria, Misamis Oriental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
