Description : Can-ayan Integrated School - Elementary Department is seeking bids for the procurement of Construction Materials and Supplies charged under the Special Education Fund CY 2025.
Interested bidders shall download and complete the Request for Price Quotation (RPQ) from the associated components. They shall fill it out LEGIBLY and provide specifications per high-quality item related to its price. The bidder shall STRICTLY refer to the specification to prevent the quotation of sub-standard supplies.
The bidder shall take note of the CLOSING DATE & TIME of this publication. Bidders who shall submit quotations after the closing date & time shall not be entertained and included in the Abstract of Canvass/Quotations.
The successful bidder will be responsible for the delivery. In case of failure to make the full delivery within the TIME specified, PENALTIES shall be imposed upon the bidder/supplier.
