1. The Municipality of Badoc, through the General Fund intends to apply the sum of Four Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven Hundred Seventy One & 80/100 Pesos Only (499,771.80) the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Agro-Tourism Livelihood Center (Food Court) at Barangay Garreta, Badoc, Ilocos Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Badoc now invites bids for Procurement of Construction Materials for the Improvement of Agro-Tourism Livelihood Center (Food Court) at Barangay Garreta, Badoc, Ilocos Norte using the open competitive bidding.
