PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS (FABRICATION OF WOODEN CABINETS FOR MHO SUPER CLINIC)

1. The Local Government Unit of Sumilao, through the Bids and Awards Committee intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Twenty Four Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Six & 50/100 Pesos (Php124,276.50 ) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract in the Procurement of Construction Materials (Fabrication of Wooden Cabinets for MHO Super Clinic). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
