Description : 1. The Barangay Government of Sibulan, Municipality of Sta. Cruz, Davao del Sur, through its General Fund for 2024, intends to apply the sum of One Hundred Six Thousand Two Hundred Twelve Pesos and 50/100 (₱106,212.50) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) for the procurement of construction materials for the Construction of School Perimeter Fence (L=42m; H=2.00m) at Sibulan Elementary School.

2. In view of two (2) failed biddings, the Barangay now invites interested suppliers to submit their price quotation and eligibility documents through Negotiated Procurement - Two Failed Biddings, in accordance with Section 53.1 of the 2016 Revised Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR) of Republic Act No. 9184.
