1. The LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF BARANGAY CARARAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY, through 20% Barangay Development Funds, intends to apply the sum of FIVE HUNDRED FIFTY-ONE THOUSAND FOUR HUNDRED EIGHTY PESOS (PHP 551,480.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS AND SUPPLIES FOR THE IMPROVEMENT OF COVERED COURT/FABRICATION & INSTALLATION OF PERIMETER CANOPY OF BARANGAY CARARAYAN, TIWI, ALBAY.

Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected during bid opening.
