1. The Municipality of Boston, through the General Annual Budget for C.Y. 2025 (Appropriation Ordinance No. 102, S. 2024) intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Forty-Eight Thousand Two Hundred Pesos (PhP248,200.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of construction materials and solar lights for installation of streetlights at Brgy. Poblacion. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipality of Boston now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required by Seven (7) calendar days to start from receipt of the NOTICE TO PROCEED.
