PROCUREMENT OF CONSTRUCTION MATERIALS

1. The Municipality of Divilacan, through the intends to apply the sum of Six Hundred Eighty Two Thousand Two Hundred Seventy Pesos (P 682,270.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Construction Materials. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
