1. The National Irrigation Administration 10-LAMISCA IMO, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP) of CY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Eight Million One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Six Hundred Ninety Five Pesos and Twenty Centavos (Php. 8,133,695.20) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Construction of Protection Dike at Drainage Sta. 1+950 - 1+990, Stairs and Ladder Rung at Sta. 1+995, Settling Basin at Sta. 0+040 - 0+062.50 and Drainage at Sta. 1+990 - 2+012.50 of MARANDING RIVER IRRIGATION SYSTEM (SAPAD) with Contract Reference No.: CW-LDN-REPAIR NIS-2026-MARIS (SAP), located at Sapad, Lanao del Norte. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
