Warranty
• The Supplier shall provide a minimum warranty of three (3) years from the date of delivery and final acceptance by the Procuring Entity This warranty shall cover both parts and labor, and shall ensure that the equipment is free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. If any covered defect is found, the supplier will repair or replace the item within seven (7) calendar days after being notified.
• The obligation for the warranty will be covered by ether retention money or a special bank guarantee equivalent to at least five percent (5%) of the total contract price.
