1. The MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF AGUTAYA, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), intends to apply the sum of One Million Nine Hundred Ninety Nine Thousand Seven hundred Three and 13/100 pesos (PhP 1,999,784.06) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract for the Concreting of Algeciras Road (Banted) project. Bids in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Municipal Government of Agutaya, Province of Palawan now invites eligible contractors to bid for the hereunder projects with an ABC of:
