Description : 1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE, through the NEP 2026 (CO-GAS), intends to apply the sum of Five Million Eight Hundred Eight Thousand Seventy-Five Pesos (PHP5,808,075.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Computer Hardware Requirements for the IT-enabled Post Disaster Needs Assessment (iPDNA) for RDRRMOCs MIMAROPA, V, VII, VIII, IX (EPA). Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
2. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE now invites bids for Procurement of Computer Hardware Requirements for the IT-enabled Post Disaster Needs Assessment (iPDNA) for RDRRMOCs MIMAROPA, V, VII, VIII, IX (EPA) using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bidder (LCRB). Delivery of the Goods is required within sixty (60) calendar days upon receipt of Notice to Proceed (NTP). Bidders should have completed, at least five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, contracts similar to the Project.
