Description : 1. The OFFICE OF CIVIL DEFENSE, through the AFMS-ICTD APB for CY 2025 (CO-GAS), intends to apply the sum of Twenty Million Nine Hundred Sixty-Five Thousand One Hundred Eighty-Seven Pesos and 82/100 (PHP20,965,187.82) being the ABC to payments under the contract for Procurement of Computer Equipment to Support the Operational Requirements of the Civil Defense and Disaster Management Training Institute (CDTI), GCCCs, RDRRMOCs, and OCD Central Office. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Office of Civil Defense now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required as specified in Section VI: Schedules of Requirements. Bidders should have completed, within the last five (5) years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. (Instructions to Bidders).
