PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTER EQUIPMENT, SOFTWARE AND FACILITIES

1. The Local Government Unit of Don Victoriano, Don Victoriano, Misamis Occidental through the Bids and Awards Committee BAC intends to apply the sum of Two hundred thousand pesos (P 200,000.00) being the Approved Budget Cost (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Computer Equipment Software and Facilities for the use of LGU Don Victoriano, Misamis Occidental. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Local Government Unit of Don Victoriano now invites bids for the Procurement of Computer Equipment Software and Facilities for the use of LGU Don Victoriano,Misamis Occidental . Delivery of the Goods is required for 30 days (CY-2023).

3. Bidders should have completed, within the last 2 years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible bidder is contained in the Bidding Documents, particularly, in Section II. Instructions to Bidders.
