NOTE: Battery is for Server UPS Eaton 9155 10KVA 12V/7AH (ie CSB) with Design life of 3-5 years and dimension 151mm-65mm-94 LWH with the following additional requirements:
1. SCOPE OF WORK
- Site Inspection
- Check line/load connection

- shut down ups unit (if necessary)
- Battery replacement/installation
- UPS re-configuration
- Checking the integrity of connections
- Testing the batteries for back-up power consistency
2. Bidder should be an authorized reseller and service provider/center of Eaton/Powerware Plus UPS locally (Cebu City). Certification must be submitted.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
1. Delivery Term: Within 60 calendar days after receipt of P.O.
2. Place of Delivery: TALAMBAN
3. Payment Terms: Within 35 calendar days after acceptance of Goods.
4. Price Validity: At least 60 calendar days from the Opening of Bids.
5. Award per: PR
6. Price should be inclusive of taxes.
7. Alternate offers / bids are not allowed.
