1. The Department of Tourism (hereinafter called “Procuring Entity” has received financing (hereinafter called “funds”) from the FY 2024 Continuing Appropriations - General Appropriations Act (GAA) (hereinafter called the “Funding Source”) toward the cost of Procurement for the Comprehensive Upgrade, Data Integrity Enhancement and Code Rewriting of the DOT Online Accreditation System. Procuring Entity intends to apply a portion of the funds in the amount of Five Million One Hundred Forty-One Thousand Sixty-Six Pesos and 67/100 (P5,141,066.67) to eligible payments under the contract for DOT-BAC-REI No. 2025-006 for which the Bidding Documents is issued.
