  Description : 1. The Jose B. Lingad Memorial General Hospital (JBLMGH), through the General Appropriations Act (GAA) intends to apply the sum of Twenty Four Million Four Hundred Fifty Thousand Pesos (PhP 24,450,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF COMPREHENSIVE THREE (3) YEARS QUARTERLY PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE AND ANNUAL CALIBRATION SERVICES CONTRACT FOR EXISTING ONE (1) UNIT PHILIPS MULTIVA 1.5 TESLA MAGNETIC RESONANCE IMAGING (MRI) SYSTEM, CHILLER UNIT, AND UNINTERRUPTIBLE POWER SUPPLY (UPS) OF THE RADIOLOGY DEPARTMENT IB NO. 2026-03-04 (04).
