INVITATION TO BID FOR Procurement of Communication Equipment and Accessories for the Enhancement of the LGUs Emergency Communication System

1. The Local Government Unit of Baroy, through the Realignment of 2025 Local Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Office with MDR Resolution No. 002-2025 and SB Resolution No. 391-2025 intends to apply the sum of Two Hundred Eighty-Nine Thousand Eight Hundred Fifty Pesos (Php. 289,850.00) being the ABC to payment for the delivery of goods. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU Baroy now invites bids for the above Procurement Project. Delivery of the Goods is required within 1 week after the issuance of notice to proceed, and be delivered on site. Bidders should have completed, within three years from the date of submission and receipt of bids, a contract similar to the Project.
