1. The Department of Agrarian Reform, Province of Aklan, through the regular fund under the Climate Resilient Farm Productivity Support Fund (CRFPSP) CY 2024 intends to apply the sum of One Million One Hundred Forty Two Thousand Five Hundred Pesos (1,142,500.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Agricultural Machineries and Equipment (AME) 2025. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
