1. The CITY GOVERNMENT OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN through the Special Purpose Appropriation intends to apply the sum of One Million Sixteen Thousand Seven Hundred Sixty Pesos (Php 1,016,760.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF COMMODITIES FOR SUPPLEMENTATION PROGRAM FOR NUTRIONALLY-AT-RISK PREGNANT WOMEN IN THE CITY OF ALAMINOS, PANGASINAN. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
