Description : 1. The Municipality of Jomalig, Quezon through the Supplemental Budget CY 2024, intends
to apply the sum of One Hundred Thirty Three Thousand Two Hundred Twenty Five
Pesos (Php 133,225.00) only being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to
payments under the contract for “Procurement of Commodities for Supplementary
Feeding Program of Nutritionally-At-Risk Pregnant Women” with project identification
number SPP No. 2024-020. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically
rejected at bid opening.

2. The LGU JOMALIG, QUEZON - now invites bids for above-mentioned project, “Procurement of Commodities for Supplementary Feeding Program of
Nutritionally-At-Risk Pregnant Women”. Delivery of the Goods is required within 30
calendar days from date of issuance of Notice to Proceed or Purchase Order. Bidders
should have completed a contract similar to the Project. The description of an eligible
