1) The Department of Health - Western Visayas Center for Health Development, through the PCCD and FHINRP 2026 Funds intend to apply the sum of Three Million Five Hundred Eighty-Eight Thousand Pesos (Php 3,588,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Commodities and Testing Kits, IB No. SB-2026-008. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
