Description : The Mindanao Development Authority, through the FY2025 General Appropriation Act (RA12116) intends to apply the sum of Five Million Twenty-Seven Thousand Seventy Eight & 08/100 only (Php 5,027,078.08) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for Procurement of Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Document Management System inclusive of Document Rack and Bins for Storing Data and High Speed Document Scanner. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

The Mindanao Development Authority now invites bids for 1-Lot Commercial Off-the-Shelf (COTS) Document Management System inclusive of 1-Lot Document Rack and Bins for Storing Data and 2-Units High Speed Document Scanner using the Lowest Calculated and Responsive Bid (LCRB) criterion.
