Division Procurement

1. Type of Milk: Powdered; widely distributed nationwide
2. Flavor: unflavored
3. Serving Size: 33-40 grams per pack
4. Quality: Milk should be received in good condition, not expired. If there is any spillage, spoilage (not lumped/clumped) or any discrepancies on the milk product, replacements should be delivered within 7 days.
5. Packaging: Individually packed in food-grade foil/ polyethylene pouch. The packaging must clearly and readably indicate the Manufacturing Date. There should be an imprinted sign per pack and per box that indicates “NOT FOR SALE”
6. Expiration: Expiration date should not be less than 1 year from the date of delivery.
7.Delivery: Delivery per schools should be packed according to the number of beneficiaries. Should be delivered one time directly to the drop-off area identified by the School Health Section (Annex A.). It should be delivered within 30 days after the receipt of the Notice to Proceed (NTP).
