REQUEST FOR SUBMISSION OF PROPOSAL
Philippine Council for Agriculture, Aquatic, and Natural Resources Research and Development (PCAARRD) is inviting suppliers to participate in a “Small Value Procurement” (Section 53.9 of RA 9184 and its RIRR) for the “Procurement of collaterals and tokens for the Balik Scientist Annual Convention” with an Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) of EIGHT HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT THOUSAND PESOS ONLY (PhP888,000.00).
Submission of proposals including Mayor-s/Business Permit*, PhilGEPS Registration Number*, Notarized Omnibus Sworn Statement (OSS)** and Latest Income Tax Return***, addressed to Dr. Melvin B.
