1) The National Labor Relations Commission, through the National Expenditure Program FY 2026 intends to apply the sum of Two Million Pesos Only (Php2,000,000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract for the Procurement of Cloud Services Subscription, Web Hosting with Back-Up Server and Maintenance Requirements for FY 2026 [PB 03-2026 EPA]. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
