Description : I. Objective
The purpose of procuring Cloud-Based Web Application Security Subscription and Support will ensure that IPOPHL public facing websites are secured against known and emerging cyber attacks, mitigates the risk of any data breaches, prevents site takeover and addresses regulatory compliance specifically Republic Act 10173 or the Data Privacy Act of 2012.

II. Approved Budget for Contract
The Approved Budget for Contract is PhP2M inclusive of 12% VAT and other government taxes.

III. Technical Specifications
The winning bidder shall be responsible for the following:
a. Supply, installation and configuration of cloud web application security services for at least 5 public facing websites
b. Activation, use of service and technical support for one (1) year

Detail specifications are attached in Annex "A".

IV. Subscription Term
The subscription term is one (1) year from the date of service activation.

V. Service Provisioning
The provision of services must be within 30 calendar days from receipt of the Notice to Proceed.
