PROCUREMENT OF CLINICAL LABORATOTY SUPPLIES UNDER THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE
The City Government of Lamitan, through the Office of the City Mayor under CHO-TRUST FUND 2025 (Account Number 4502-0028-35 RHU 3 LAMITAN EAST-LO-OK) intends to apply the sum of PHILIPPINE PESO: TWO HUNDRED FORTY-NINE THOUSAND NINE HUNDRED EIGHTY-EIGHT PESOS (Php249,988.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for the PROCUREMENT OF CLINICAL LABORATORY SUPPLIES UNDER THE CITY HEALTH OFFICE. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
