The Department of Education-SDO Valenzuela City through Bids and Awards Committee (BAC) and its Secretariat intends to procure the Procurement of Cleaning Materials for Selected Schools Served as Polling Centers through Shopping under Section 52.1(b) of the 2016 revised Implementing Rules and Regulations of Republic Act No. 9184. The quotation above the Approved Budget of the Contract (ABC) shall be automatically disqualified.
