1. The Philippine Public Safety College (PPSC), through the General Appropriations Act for FY2025 intends to apply the sum of One Million Five Hundred Seventy Thousand Pesos (Php1,570,000.00) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROCUREMENT OF CLASSROOM CHAIRS. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
