INVITATION TO BID FOR THE PROCUREMENT OF CIVIL WORKS

1. The Municipal Government of Nasugbu, Batangas 20 % Development Fund CY - 2025 under Resolution No. 153 Ordinance No. 51 Series 0f 2025 dated on July 15, 2025, 5% LDRRMF CY - 2025 and 5% LDRRMF Continuing Appropriation, intends to apply the sum of ₱ 24,544,788.14 being the total Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payment under the contract listed below. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall automatically be rejected at bid opening.
