1. THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ECHAGUE, ISABELA, THROUGH THE GENERAL FUND INTENDS TO APPLY THE SUM OF THREE HUNDRED FORTY FIVE THOUSAND PESOS (P 345,000.00) BEING THE APPROVED BUDGET FOR THE CONTRACT (ABC) TO PAYMENTS UNDER THE CONTRACT FOR PROCUREMENT OF CHOREOGRAPHY SERVICES FOR BAMBANTI FESTIVAL 2025 - STREET DANCE PARADE/2024-12-89. BIDS RECEIVED IN EXCESS OF THE ABC SHALL BE AUTOMATICALLY REJECTED AT BID OPENING.

2. THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT UNIT OF ECHAGUE, ISABELA NOW INVITES BIDS FOR THE ABOVE PROCUREMENT PROJECT. DELIVERY OF THE GOODS IS REQUIRED BY 30 CALENDAR DAYS. BIDDERS SHOULD HAVE COMPLETED, WITHIN 3 YEARS FROM THE DATE OF SUBMISSION AND RECEIPT OF BIDS, A CONTRACT SIMILAR TO THE PROJECT.
